Our Community

The Woods Of Parkview is an established community of 170 homes in a variety of traditional styles located in the sought-after Parkview High School cluster.  Most homes were built from the mid-1980's to the early 1990's. The average lot size is about 1/2 acre. Our neighborhood amenities include a nicely landscaped entrance with brick entry monument, 6-lane swimming pool with a diving well, club house/bath house, two LED lighted tennis courts, a  playground, and picnic tables.

There is an active Homeowners Association, summer swim team, and several active ALTA tennis teams.
We are located in the City of Lilburn, only minutes away from  Lilburn City Park with its Trail System, and very convenient to Stone Mountain Park.

95% of our homeowners are permanent members of the Homeowner’s Association. The association is governed by a voluntary board of directors elected by the homeowners. Residents also serve in other volunteer capacities such as:  Tennis, Pool, Social, and Neighborhood Watch.

We have a Security Camera System that records every license plate entering the neighborhood 24/7.

Our Schools

Our community is served by three excellent Gwinnett County schools, Arcado Elementary, Trickum Middle School, and Parkview High School.
